TERMS OF SERVICE.

01THE DEAL

Scrollogy is a user-initiated personal save and recall app. You add links, screenshots, notes, and share-sheet content, and Scrollogy stores, summarizes, organizes, and searches that content for you with AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app — no hard feelings.

02YOUR ACCOUNT

You need to be 13 or older. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One human per account.

03YOUR CONTENT

Everything you save remains yours. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you — that's the minimum legal permission required for the app to function, nothing more. Delete a save (or your account) and the license ends with it.

Saving a link doesn't make its content yours — respect the rights of the people who made the stuff you save.

Scrollogy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform you may save from. We do not provide social-network login, browse feeds, download private or restricted content, or bypass access controls. Only save content you have the right to save for your own personal use.

04THE AI

Summaries, tags, connections, and eras are generated automatically. The brain is smart but not infallible — it can be wrong, miss context, or oversimplify. Don't rely on a summary for anything important (medical, legal, financial, exam-day) without opening the original.

05PRO

Scrollogy Pro starts with a 3-day free trial for eligible users, then is $4.99/month, billed through the App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time in your App Store settings — you keep Pro until the end of the trial or paid period. The free plan has a 10-save limit and 3 asks per day. If you downgrade, saves over the free limit aren't deleted; they just go back to long-term storage and out of instant recall.

06BE NORMAL (ACCEPTABLE USE)

• Don't use Scrollogy to store or distribute illegal content.
• Don't use Scrollogy to violate someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the app to harass people or violate anyone's privacy.
• Don't use the app to access, preserve, or redistribute private content you are not allowed to use.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules. We'd rather not.

07ENDING THINGS

You can delete your account any time in Settings — everything goes with it (see the privacy policy). We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll wind down gracefully with export time if we ever shut the service down.

08THE LEGAL ARMOR

Scrollogy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

09CHANGES

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Scrollogy after that means you accept the new terms.
