PRIVACY POLICY.

01WHAT WE COLLECT

To make Scrollogy work, we store:

• Your saves — the URLs, screenshots, shared text, captions, notes, page metadata, and files you choose to add through the app or iOS share sheet.
• Generated save data — titles, summaries, tags, topics, suggested questions, search matches, eras, and connections we create from your saves.
• Your account — account identifier, email address, and display name.
• App functionality data — subscription status, free-limit counters, notification preferences, push tokens if you turn on reminders, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

02WHAT THE AI SEES

When you save something, Scrollogy sends the save content and related context to AI processors so the app can create summaries, tags, suggested questions, search answers, connections, and eras for your account. We do not use your saves for advertising, and we do not use them to train Scrollogy-owned models. Human access is limited to support, security, legal, or abuse cases where it is necessary.

03USER-INITIATED SAVES

Scrollogy only receives content you choose to add: sharing from the iOS share sheet, pasting a link, uploading a screenshot, or typing a note. We do not log in to your social accounts, browse feeds for you, download private or restricted content, or claim affiliation with any third-party platform.

04WHAT WE NEVER DO

• Sell or rent your data. To anyone. Ever.
• Show you ads or share data with ad networks.
• Read your clipboard without you tapping the paste button.
• Look at content in apps you save from — we only receive what you share.
• Use third-party platform logos, accounts, or private access to process your saves.

05WHERE IT LIVES

Saves are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are encrypted in transit. Server-side summaries, tags, generated questions, and media files are stored alongside your account so the app can sync across devices and answer searches. We keep your data only as long as you have an account or as otherwise required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backups.

06YOUR CONTROLS

• Export — download every save, summary, and tag in one file, any time, from Settings.
• Delete a save — gone immediately, including its summary and connections.
• Delete your account — the full wipe. Everything is permanently erased within 30 days.

07WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED

We use a small number of providers to run Scrollogy: Cloudflare for hosting, functions, storage, and databases; OpenRouter and model providers for AI inference; Apple for App Store purchases and push delivery; and Apify for optional enrichment of public links when a user saves one. These providers process data only so we can provide Scrollogy. We'll disclose data if a valid legal order requires it — and we'll tell you, unless the law forbids that.

08KIDS

Scrollogy is for ages 13 and up. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger — if that happens, contact us and we'll delete it.

09CHANGES

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect — in plain words, not a 40-page diff.
